Guest Conduct & Liability Terms

1. Responsibility for

ConductGuests are responsible for their own behaviour and actions while inside Ajman Water Park.

2. Injury to

Other GuestsAny guest who intentionally, recklessly, negligently, or through unsafe behaviour causes injury or harm to another guest, employee, or third party may be held responsible for resulting damages and reasonable medical expenses in accordance with applicable UAE law.

3. Medical and

Ambulance CostsWhere a guest's actions result in an injury requiring medical attention, ambulance transportation, emergency treatment, or hospitalization, the responsible person may be liable for the associated costs, subject to applicable law, insurance coverage, and the circumstances of the incident.

4. Water

Park LiabilityAjman Water Park shall not be responsible for injuries caused solely by the actions, misconduct, negligence, or unsafe behaviour of another guest, except where liability arises from the Water Park's own negligence or obligations under applicable law.

5. Property

DamageGuests may be held responsible for intentional or negligent damage caused to Water Park property, equipment, facilities, attractions, or the property of another guest.

6. Safety

InstructionsAll guests must follow lifeguard instructions, staff directions, posted safety rules, attraction restrictions, and emergency procedures at all times.

7. Removal from the

PremisesAjman Water Park reserves the right to remove any guest who engages in fighting, threatening behaviour, harassment, reckless conduct, deliberate misuse of attractions, or any behaviour that places others at risk. Removal may be without refund where permitted by applicable law.

8. Emergency

AssistanceAjman Water Park may contact emergency services or take reasonable action considered necessary in the event of an accident, injury, or medical emergency.
